Average family trying to live the dream!!!
We are an English couple, with one daughter, who is studying, and we currently live in the uk full time.
We have owned property in the Costa Blanca for six years now, firstly buying a small apartment within our tiny budget, but we loved it so much we progressed to a little bungalow, upon selling these We then had the opportunity to buy our beautiful house in Guardamar and although we knew it would stretch us financially we decided to go for it.... and this is where we spend all our family holidays as have many of our family and friends over the last two years.

Our initial feelings were not to rent this lovely house, but needs must in the current financial climate to cover the costs and be able to keep the house.
We visit often and we love the area, and hope maybe to live over there one day.
We currently have Casa Tori for holiday rental, a family sized 3 bed townhouse with communal pool, close to amenities and excellent prices.
We are individuals not a large company and therefore only rent out the properties to cover overheads not for profit, and in doing so we can offer many families the chance to enjoy the Costa Blanca as we know and love it....and also at a very affordable price!!!!
We do not advertise in a big way, only a little ad in the local shop which has produced a few enquiries from family of others living on El Raso, who visit them which is always great to have.
We do try to ask all our friends and family to recommend us to theirs, as we think this is a good way to keep the house respected and in a good condition, and as we have many personal touches in the house to make it homely, our visitors appreciate the home from home feel we have created, and many want to return. We feel it offers more than a basic holiday rental, and are sure you will be comfortable for your stay there.
We also can accomodate longer rentals if you are going to the area with a view to buying/exploring the area and we are a well located base for many of the beautiful areas of the costa blanca.
Whatever your visit is for we know you will have a good time, be comfortable, at a very affordable price compared to other holiday accommodation on the Costa Blanca.........so please enjoy!!!
