A lovely large family house which sleeps 6 persons.
The house has a terrace to the front with table and chairs, sunloungers and parking outside.
On the ground floor there is a large comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with English TV/Dvd player with selection of films. A Stereo with range of music cds & tapes, as well as books and games for adults and children, for your entertainment.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped, with large fridge/freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all equipment for a self catering holiday.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with full size bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, ceiling fan.
There is a ground floor bathroom next to the bedroom with shower cubicle and toilet.
On the first floor is a large bedroom to the front with kingsize bed, wardrobe and drawers a terrace & balcony off with seating & TV/DVD.
The second bedroom, has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, TV/DVD & stereo.
There is a large bathroom with bath and shower.
On the third floor is a roof solarium, with views over the natural park and the lake, there are chairs and sunloungers.
All room have fans, and bedlinen and towels are provided.
Just behind the house is the communal pool, which is in a secure gated area.

For bookings of this accomodation, a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per booking is required.
WHY NOT TRY OUR SHORT BREAKS????
We only charge £40.00 per night all year round for short breaks of 2 - 5days, this is a per family price not per person so its a great deal if you are travelling or visiting family and just need a few days, these are available at short notice too so contact us if you need a short break...(N.B. housekeeping fee of 50euros chargable locally as cleaning and linen needs changing before and after all stays, N.B. short breaks to be paid in full at time of booking to guarantee.)

RENTAL PRICES/TERMS & CONDITIONS
The rental prices for this accommodation are per week for the whole accommodation however if it is required by a single occupant we can discuss a reduction.
Payments
Payment is by cheque or cash, and details will be forwarded upon booking request, on confirmation of availabilty.
The balance will be due 6 weeks before commencement of holiday unless that is within 6 weeks, then full payment is required. When payment is recieved we will confirm your booking details.
CARETAKING
Finally to ensure all our properties remain to a high standard of maintenance, it is a requirement of all our bookings that the caretaking, as outlined below, is paid for on arrival as the caretakers will meet you there with the keys in exchange for this payment.
The charge for this is 50euros which includes all cleaning of the property before and after your stay, all bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels) and changes of linen for longer stays. Tea coffee, sugar, milk,&water is provided for a drink on arrival. Our caretakers, who live next door will meet you upon arrival with the keys, and collect them when you leave, if you have any problems during your stay please contact them as we do keep in regular contact.See below for availabilty on this property, please note the dates in red are already booked.
