The area where our Townhouse is situated is in the new exclusive urbanisation of El Raso, which is in Campo de Guardamar, on the lemon grove road, going towards the main N332.
This is a relatively new area, but already has plenty to offer, and more commercial centres are currently being developed.
There are many great restauarants and bars in walking distance of our house.
Ask 31, an Indian restaurant offering lunchtime tapas 5€ as well as a la carte.
Thomas Green's the English supermarket offers fresh bread, newspapers daily, & all products 'English'.
There is a take-away - fish n chips, pizza,kebabs etc.
Local bars; Ricardos, Rayz and Chapters, all offer food including set menu of the day, aprox 7-8€.
At Rayz bar there is also internet access, and pool tables as well as large screens for the sport, entertainment; ie quiz night and bingo.
Also theres Jennings, an Irish bar with entertainment.
For something a little more special the newly opened Stan & Ollies American restaurant, offers an extensive menu in lovely surroundings. see the notes in our guestbook...fantastic (2007).
A short stroll on the main road is Castilla bar n rest offering entertainment at w/e and great tapas during the week.
Other comercials are currently opening all the time and a bank with cashpoint is now available.
There is a very popular, huge Sunday Market close by, about 15 mins walk from the house where you can spend a day out, and enjoy local food, produce and gifts etc.
A short drive away there are many more larger commercial centres, offering a variety of services.
The Euro Marina a few mins drive offers 2 great Italian rst. sinfona di roma which is beautiful, and 222 italian very modern and reasonable, and Indian ocean rest. to name but a few. Here you will also find the little don carlos bar and a very popular Lo Maribu with good food and entertainment.
The stunning beach of Guardamar is 2 km from the property and the large town of Guardamar del segura offers shops bars rest. galore. There is also a most beautiful park, with peacocks, terapins, and childrens play areas in Guardamar.
Quesada golf course is a five minute drive away, and the town of Cuidad Quesada, with again many shops bars and restaurants is well worth a visit, as is the near by towns of La Mata, La Marina, and Santa Pola, all a short drive away.

Three Bedroomed Town House in Guardamar (El Raso)




A lovely large family house which sleeps 6 - 7 persons
The house has a terrace to the front with table and chairs, and parking outside.
On the ground floor there is a large comfortably furnished lounge/dining room.
Dvd player with selection of films. A Stereo with range of music cds & tapes, as well as books and games for adults and children, for your entertainment.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped, with large fridge/freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all equipment for a self catering holiday.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a single bed, a fold-away single bed, & there is also a further childs bed that can be moved to any room to suit your needs.
There is a ground floor bathroom next to the bedroom with shower cubicle and toilet.
On the first floor is a large bedroom to the front with kingsize bed, wardrobe and drawers a terrace & balcony off with seating & t.v & dvd.
The second bedroom, has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers t.v. & dvd & stereo.
There is a large bathroom with bath and shower.
On the third floor is a roof solarium, with views over the natural park and the lake, there is table and chairs and sunloungers.
All room have fans, and bedlinen and towels are provided.
Just behind the house is the communal pool, which is in a secure gated area.

CARETAKING
Finally to ensure all our properties remain to a high standard of maintenance, it is a requirement of all our bookings that the caretaking, as outlined below, is paid for on arrival.
The charge for this is 50euros which includes all cleaning of the property before and after your stay, all bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels) and changes of linen for longer stays. Tea coffee, sugar, milk,&water is provided for a drink on arrival. Our caretakers, who live next door will meet you upon arrival with the keys, and collect them when you leave, if you have any problems during your stay please contact them as we do keep in regular contact.See below for availabilty on this property, please note the dates in red are already booked.
