TORREVIEJA - La Siesta Area
The bungalow is located in the area of La Siesta, close to El Chapperal, and San Luis, which are three urbanisations joined together offering a wide range of amenities and facilities. They are located 5 km from the town centre of Torrevieja, serviced by a regular bus route.
There are several commercial centres, one in El Chapperal offering bars restaurants shops, telephone and entertainment.
The one in La Siesta offering Bars, restaurants,supermarket, bodega, bakery, live entertainment, internet access, money exchange, telephones etc.
On San Luis there are also bars shops, restaurants, bank with cashpoint, telephones, hairdressers, take away chicken shack.
At the main entrance to the three urbanisations there are banks,chinese wok buffet and sushi restaurants, a gift shop, a petrol station, a chemist a bakery, and bars.
Also a few minutes walk is a quite a lively strip of bars/restaurants i.e Irish Spanish and Indian and lots of lively entertainment, also a fish n chip shop.
On the urbanisation there is also a water park open June - Oct, and the local church with catholic mass and christian services.

American style kitchen, fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and all equipment for self catering holidays.
At end of the lounge there is a double bed settee.
Double bedroom, with wardrobes, and bathroom with shower.
Loft Ladder leads to large bright bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobes.
In addition there is a fold-away bed in the loft bedroom.
Utility room with washing machine and safe, and storage.
Car parking outside in quiet residential road, but very close to local shops and bars, and on a bus route.
Rental Prices / Terms & Conditions
RENTAL PRICES/TERMS & CONDITIONS
The rental prices for this accommodation are per week for the whole accommodation however if it is required by a single occupant or couple we can discuss a reduction. Payment for this accommodation is by cheque, details will be forwarded with confirmation of availabilty
Weekly rental prices (discounts available for stays over 3 wks)
NOV - MAR £150.00 per week
APR - JUNE £175.00 per week
JULY - AUG £200.00 per week
SEPT - OCT £175.00 per week
(all prices are in pounds sterling GBP)
For bookings of this accomodation, a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per booking is required.
CARETAKING
Finally to ensure all our properties remain to a high standard of maintenance, it is a requirement of all bookings that the caretaking, is paid for locally on arrival.
The charge for this is 50euros which includes all cleaning of the property before and after your stay, all bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels) and changes of linen for longer stays.Tea, coffee, sugar, milk & water will be ready for your arrival.
You will be met at the property on arrival and keys collected upon departure.
You will be given a phone number to call for any problems.
